Over time, we introduced a lot of new features to the app like Filters, Meeting Tags, the ability to add external people who aren’t in your organization, and Reporting capabilities.
Filter option helped to narrow down the feedback you are looking for a particular team or employees within a team. Reporting helped to keep track of any inappropriate comments or abuse, which facilitated secure and safe use of the app.

Designed a Feedback App landing page; which explains the core app, its features, pricing with resources, and videos. An informative page to explain the app in detail and how it can play a vital role in workplace engagement with the power of candid feedback.

04. The Impact
Providing meaningful real-time feedback help the receivers to work on their backhands and improve on their personal growth. The introduction to upvote and downvote identifies the most useful feedback and provide areas of focus. All the feedback is transparent to the entire company, which encourages the culture of learning.
