The Scope
Build an app that can be used bi-annually where you rank your contributions during two quarters. The contributions are divided between Revenue and Culture work. The score is between 1 (Not Meeting Expectations) and 4 (Exceeding Expectations). You also provide a brief description of your projects and initiatives. These descriptions help your peers to give you feedback and rank you as well, anonymously. Your managers also give their ranking and feedback which is only visible to you. At the end of the financial year, your average rating determines your pay-raise scale.
I was tasked to create the whole flow and make sure it’s super easy and self-explanatory for an employee, peers and managers to use.
